Eduardo Magrani is a full time Professor at FGV School of Law and Researcher at the Center for Technology and Society (CTS/FGV DIREITO RIO) since 2010. PhD's Candidate and Master in Constitutional Law at Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RIO). Law degree at Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) with academic exchange experience at University of Coimbra – Portugal, and Université Stendhal (Grenoble III) - France. Project leader on e-democracry at CTS/FGV. Former coordinator of the project Access to knowledge Brazil (A2K Brazil) financed by the Open Society Foundations (OSF). Brazilian coordinator of the Newsletter “Digital Rights: Latin America and the Caribbean” and Creative Commons Brazil.Author of the book "Connected Democracy" (2014).
