Adjunct Professor of Commercial Law Advanced (University of Turin), Adjunct Professor of Contract and Business Law (ESCP Europe Business School), Assistant Professor of Insurance Law (University of Turin), and Honorary Fellow in Business Law (University of Turin, Department of Law and Department of Management). He graduated summa cum laude in 2012, and in 2016, he obtained a Ph.D. in Corporate Law and Capital Markets Regulations at University of Bologna. In 2014, he was Visiting Research Fellow at Fordham Law School in New York. In 2012, he studied at The Hague Academy of International Law. He is member of the Editorial Board of several Law Journals (such as Giurisprudenza Commerciale, Giurisprudenza Italiana, Il Nuovo Diritto delle Società and Giurisprudenza Arbitrale). Current research interests: Corporate Governance of Banks, Listed Corporations, Capital Markets Regulations, Institutional Shareholders, Comparative Corporate Law (and many others).
