Laura Scomparin, Degree in Law, summa cum laude and special mention, is now Full professor of Criminal Procedure at the Faculty of Law of the University of Turin. Head of the Law Department since 2013, previously she was Deputy Dean at the Faculty of Political Science. She is founder and director of the Legal Clinic Program of the Turin Law School, member of the Ph. D Committee in “Diritti e istituzioni”, Director of the review “La legislazione penale” and referee for many editorial boards. Her research interests include Criminal law, Criminal Law of Public Administration, International Criminal Justice and Prison Law. Investigator in many national and international projects, she has been the Principal Investigator within a European project granted by European Union focused on International corruption in public procurements (Program “Prevention of and Fight against Crime” 2012 ISEC). She is professor of several graduate and post graduate courses, with a special interest in e-learning methodologies.
