Our research expertise informs our extensive programmes of undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and learning, meaning students learn in a high-quality, research-led environment on programmes designed to encourage them to explore fundamental issues and new perspectives.

Edinburgh Law School Old College Campus

In November 2014, Edinburgh Law School launched one of the most ambitious projects ever seen in its 300-year history: the refurbishment of its historic home in Old College. Completed in 2019, the design reflects the needs of a modern-day law school and provides world-class study and research spaces, dedicated social spaces and a spectacular Law Library.
