Amrita Bahri

Amrita is Associate Professor of International Trade Law at ITAM and Co-Chair Professor for WTO Chair Program (Mexico).

Research interests: international trade law, trade and sustainable development, inclusive trade, trade and gender equality, trade and disability inclusion, WTO dispute settlement, and negotiation capacity-building in emerging economies.

Katrin Kuhlmann

Katrin Kuhlmann is a full-time Visiting Professor at Georgetown University Law Center and Faculty Co-Director of the Center on Inclusive Trade and Development.

She is also the President and Founder of the New Markets Lab, a non-profit law and development center and innovation lab for inclusive legal and regulatory design.

Research interests: trade and development, comparative economic law, trade and gender, regional trade agreements (with a particular focus on Africa), and the interdisciplinary connections between law and development (see here for illustrative publications).

Michelle Ratton Sanchez Badin

Michelle Ratton Sanchez Badin is Associate Professor at FGV Sao Paulo Law School.

Research interests: understanding the legal instruments that support international economic relations, starting from Brazil, and how instruments in the field of International Economic Law guide other fields of social relations.

Dr. Weihuan Zhou

Dr. Weihuan Zhou is Associate Professor, Director of Research, and an inaugural member of the Herbert Smith Freehills China International Business and Economic Law (CIBEL) Centre, Faculty of Law and Justice, UNSW Sydney.

Research interests: the laws of the World Trade Organization (WTO), Customs law especially trade remedies, free trade agreements, Chinese commercial law, China’s regulations of international trade and investment, China’s integration into the international and regional economic order.

Lorenza Mola

Lorenza Mola is Associate Professor of International Law at the University of Turin, Department of Law, where she teaches international and EU law and is a member of the board of the PhD in Law, the Individual and the Market.

Research interests: international investment law, the international protection of economic and social rights, and the law of EU external relations.

Jide Nzelibe

Jide Nzelibe is Professor of Law at the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.

Research interests: international trade, foreign relations law, public and private international law and contracts.

Dr. Ru Ding

Dr. Ru Ding is Associate Professor at the School of International Law of China University of Political Science and Law.

Research interests: trade remedy issues, regional trade and investment agreements and the Belt and Road Initiative related legal issues.

Daria Boklan

Daria Boklan, Doctor of Law is a Professor of International Public and Private Law Department, Faculty of Law, National Research University Higher School of Economics, Moscow, Russia.

Research interests: WTO law, international environmental law and general international law.

Johanna Jacobsson

Johanna Jacobsson is Assistant Professor at IE University (Madrid, Spain) where she researches and teaches international law and EU law.

Research interest: the effects of technology and digitisation on international trade and business.

Vladislav Starzhenetskiy

Vladislav Starzhenetskiy is Associate Professor at the Chair of International Public and Private International Law, Faculty of Law, Higher School of Economics (Moscow).

Research interests: Jurisdictional Immunities of States, Economic Sanctions, International Protection of Intellectual Property and International Human Rights Law.

Dr. Pallavi Kishore is Professor and Assistant Director, Centre for International Trade and Economic Laws at the Jindal Global Law School, India.

Research interests: International trade law, WTO dispute settlement, trade and development, trade and environment, trade and gender, conditionalities in generalised system of preferences

Rene Fernando Urueña Hernandez

René Urueña is Associate Professor of International Law at Universidad de Los Andes (Colombia), Max Planck Fellow in Law, and WTO Chair.

Research interests: International trade and investment law, big data, investment arbitration, human rights and international organizations.

Bryan Mercurio

Bryan Mercurio is the Simon FS Li Professor of Law at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). He is a Senior Fellow at the Melbourne Law School, Visiting Professor at the KDI School and a frequent consultant and advisor to governments, industry associations and law firms on a wide range of trade and investment matters.

Research interests: International economic law, intersection between trade law and intellectual property rights, free trade agreements, trade relations with China, trade in services and international investment law.
